Mancano ormai poche ore alla apertura della nona edizione di Villa Favorita 2012. Il salone è il momento culminante dell’attività del gruppo VinNatur, che si ritrova ancora una volta insieme per proporsi al pubblico e ai professionisti del settore. La manifestazione è la più importante in Europa per quanto riguarda la produzione e la ricerca sui vini naturali e conta quest’anno la partecipazione di 136 vignaioli provenienti da 6 nazioni. Sono numeri importanti anche quelli relativi ai giornalisti accreditati, 140, e ai 150 importatori che saranno impegnati a selezionare le aziende che porteranno il messaggio dei vini naturali in tutti gli angoli del mondo. Vista la numerosa partecipazione di pubblico delle scorse edizioni, l’organizzazione ha deciso di aprire ai visitatori anche nel giorno di sabato 24 marzo. Questo dovrebbe consentire un flusso ancora più ordinato degli appassionati, che potranno chiedere in tutta tranquillità informazioni a tutti i produttori presenti e assaggiare qualsiasi vino.

– Lunedì 26 : dalle 11:00 alle 18:00
Il costo del biglietto è di 20 €, comprensivo del bicchiere da degustazione e della guida ai produttori. Sono previsti dei parcheggi e dei servizi navetta regolari. Novità di quest’anno è una ristorazione di alta qualità e biologica, affidata al gruppo Elementi. Si potranno scegliere un panino d’autore, oppure dei piatti di “street food”, fino addirittura a un cestino con un pranzo completo composto da varie portate e bevande per due, da consumarsi sul prato della villa, sotto uno splendido sole e sopra una simpatica coperta inclusa nella offerta. Non mancano quindi i motivi per concedersi una giornata a Villa Favorita 2012. Siete i benvenuti!! There are only a few hours left before the opening of the ninth edition of Villa Favorita 2012. The exhibition is the most important event organized by the group VinNatur, who is once again set to propose to the public and professionals a large selection of wines. The event is the largest in Europe as far as production and research on natural wines are concerned, and sees this year the participation of 136 winemakers from 6 countries. These numbers are important relating to the amount of accredited journalists, 140, whereas 150 importers are involved in selecting the cellars that will bring the message of natural wine in all the corners of the world. Given the large number of participants of the previous editions, the organization has decided to open to the public on the day of Saturday, March 24th. This should allow a better flow of wine lovers, who will be able to ask easily information to any producer. Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th the exhibition will be open from 10 a.m until 6 p.m., while the opening for Monday, 26th is scheduled for 11 a.m. The ticket fre is 20 €, including a tasting glass and the guide to producers. There is plenty of parking areas and a regular shuttle services is also available. This year there is a new high quality catering service with biological food. You can choose between a taylor-made sandwich, or some great “street food”, even up to a basket with a full meal consisting of various dishes and drinks for two, to be ate on the lawn of the villa, under bright sunshine and over a nice blanket also included in the offer.
