Our winery is in the south of Styria in Austria. We manage 6 hectares of vineyard area. Every mineral, every plant, every living thing and of course man contributes to the overall picture of the wine. The grapes are small, compactly and strongly marked by the aromatic of the soil through the small, natural amounts of harvests. The spontaneous fermentation, the biological acid degradation and the maturation in little wood barrels, for one to four years, support the characteristics of the location and the respective year.
