Cyril and Clemence are wine producers in Champagne. We are in the sub area called Petit Morin, south of Marne Valley. The area is characterized by chalky soils. In 2005 they converted the estate to organic viticolture without being certified. Cyril look forward for equilibrium in his Vineyard using biodynamic preparates. Autocton yeasts for the fermentation of the numerous wine bases, after this he tries to make music out of his terroir notes. DISTRIBUTED BY VITE.
