Mastro di Baglio

We are a team of five young winegrowers from Marsala, coming from families of ancient farming traditions, united by their love for nature and the desire to enhance the heritage of their families. Our grapes are harvested by hand, put in crates and within in few hours taken to winery. Here they are subjected to “diraspatura” (separating the grapes from the bunch), a soft “spremitura” (pressing).
