At Hof Gandberg, the Niedermayr family trusts in the elemental forces. In 1993 the first organic wine was produced on the farm. Very soon they decided to take an alternative approach, and to make wine from PIWI’s: high-quality fungus-resistant grapes. Growing vines organically and in balance with the environment, enables them to deliver premium grapes for handcrafted wines – Wines who own personality, and reflects the countless hours of sun as well as the storms that helped them grow.
