COL TAMARIE

We are a small young farm located a Vittorio Veneto at 450 m asl, surrounded by forests,far from pollution.We practice a biological agriculture and we use Homeopathy unicist, Biodynamic and Geomagnetic techniques to treat plants and environment.We grow only the indigenous white grape varieties typical of Prosecco area (glera, boschera, grapariol, bianchetta, perera, verdiso), which produce "Col Tamarie", a sparkling white wine "sur lie", without sulfites added.
