My cellar was born from a dream kept inside me for years until it came to life in 2019. At 40 years of age. With 20 years of belonging to this world, made of sweat, anxiety, and fulfillment. I have recovered abandoned particles on the clayey soils of Allerona, giving them new life. Now they tell a story of balance and harmony. In my vineyards, copper and sulfur treatments are limited. In my cellar, there is no room for chemistry. In my wine, there is the substance my land is made of.
