The Quarticello Farm production focuses on natural sparkling wines obtained from indigenous grapes such as Lambrusco and Malvasia di Candia. In the vineyard synthetic chemicals are not used and in the cellar, the aim is to minimize all actions which may in any way alter the expression of the characteristics of grape varieties grown in the heart lands of origin. We like to drink wine that tells about the territory in which it was born
