In 2015, Riccardo, helped by his wife Maria, decided to convert the family business into organic. Deepening the passion for wine, in 2016 the meeting with Michele Lorenzetti creates the decisive push to embark on the path of biodynamic agriculture and start working to restore winemaking. After the restoration of the ancient wine cellar in the company\\\'s cave, the debut was finally in 2018.
