Il Monte Caro

The farm was founded in 1986 when Enzo Marcolini found land on Mount Caro, fell in love with the place and decided to stay embarking in his new agricultural adventure. Today the two sons join the initial dream. Our collaboration, passion and the desire to pursuit a healthy and genuine lifestyle drive us to create wines that respect and tell the story of our land. We look after the vineyard’s care and we vinificate exclusively our best grapes, all in the utmost respect of what nature gives us.
