Organic and biodynamic farm, located in Torgiano at 200-350 m.s.l.m. historical viticultural territory cultivated since the Etruscans. Mostly calcareous sandy-loamy soil with subsoil of sandstones and marls rich in minerals and sediments left by the ancient Tiberinum lake.
Artisanal winemaking with manual de-stemming and other ancestral techniques. Single vineyard wines aged for a long time on fine lees, unfiltered or clarified to bring out the individual terroir.
