Emilio, already in the field of naturalistic and wine tourism, fell in love in 2015 with a piece of land with an ancient millstone on Etna. We now have also another vineyard on the other side of the volcano.
We produce 3 wines: a white and two reds from native grapes.
We work both in the vineyard and in the cellar respecting nature, convinced that it is a companion to be supported and not to be subjugated. Emilio shares his choices with Emanuele, a friend tireless collaborator.
