Corvagialla winery is located in Lubriano, in the heart of Alta Tuscia, at the border between Lazio and Umbria. Our vineyards are planted on vulcanic soil. We do not use any chemicals in the vineyard and are certified organic.. Harvest is by hand only.
In the cellar we manipulate as little as we can, which translates in no added sulfites, selected yeasts or any other additive as well as no filtration.
