Colle Florido

Colle Florido is located in Pianella in a unique and rich ecosystem with a large variety of crops: vineyards, olive groves, vegetable gardens, arable land, pastures and woods. The farm has been certified organic since 2020 and it consists of about 6 ha, of which 3.5 are dedicated to vineyards, Montepulciano and Trebbiano. The soils are clayey-calcareous and they are about 200 m. a. s. l. Spontaneous fermentations take place mainly in wooden vats and cellar interventions are reduced to a minimum.
