At Castelcerino, in the highest part of the commune of Soave, at 400 metres above sea level and surrounded by centuries-old woodland, we cultivate our old vineyards of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. We use organic methods that respect the natural cycles of the vines and of the environment, and we have eliminated invasive chemical sprays and any technical practices that put undue stress on the grapes or wine. Different soils – volcanic, clay and limestone – characterize our three cru wines.
