BISCARIS Az. Vinicola

We are small-scale artisans, in the south-eastern corner of Sicily.We cultivate the vineyards in 5 hectares. We are near Acate, on the territory of Vittoria in a province, that of Ragusa.Here we produce especially Cerasuolo di Vittoria, Frappato and Nero d'Avola, wines that I and my family have given our hearts.. For the fermentation, no enzymes, cultured yeasts, not even a gram of SO2 nor later either for the majority of the wines. No clarifications, no filtering, not even cold stabilisation. We are a natural wine company.
