The Terpin farm is located at San Floriano del Collio, in the province of Gorizia. The vineyards are split between the commune of San Floriano and on Mount Calvario (Stamas) at around 150 metres above sea level with an optimal south to south-west facing exposition.
The wines are made without any oenological tools - not even clarification nor filtration - and will differ from one year to the next. That's just nature.
The wines will be released after 3 years in the cellar.
