The winery, in the hills of Imola and Casalfiumanese, born in 2000, thanks to the passion for wine and for nature. Certified by ICEA immediately. Totally grass fields. No working the soils. Shredding of prunings. On the vines, only manual labor. Minimal amounts of copper and sulfur, in synergy with vegetable matter and / or minerals. The grapes, both white and black, are macerated and fermented without control temperature.No coadjuvant wine, except small amounts of added sulfites.
