We are Lavinia and Alessandro and at some point in life we decided to turn the page to dedicate ourselves to the earth. Our vineyard, made up of different soil textures (sands, silts, clays, sandstones and marls) is 90 meters above sea level. Green manures, mulches, spontaneous herbs, bees are the foundations of our way of cultivating. We vinify for single soil, so as to have many facets of the same vine. Fermentations are spontaneous, sulfur is low and no filtration is carried out.
