Clos Lentiscus is a biodynamic project in the Penedes, the Cava area in the Catalan region. Manel works just with local varieties like the Sumoll or the Malvasia di Sitges (Slow Food Presidia). Clos Lentiscus is today one of the most important 0 sulfur natural wine producers in Spain.
