Podere Cervarola

The farm "Podere Cervarola" is born from the desire to realize an authentic project, after years of study and a great passion for sustainable agriculture and natural enology. It was born in 2015 at Villabianca, in a zone called "Cervarola", about 300 m above sea level near Castelvetro. The vines are strictly followed by the principles of organic farming and in the cellar the grapes are transformed through natural vinification processes.
