At Villa Favorita, from Saturday, 5th to Monday, 7th April in Sarego (VI), VinNatur launches a new initiative:
the creation of a network of supporting members of the association to promote healthy wine.
VILLA FAVORITA, the Natural Wines Fair organised by VinNatur Natural Wine-growers Association, set to open on SATURDAY, 5th April and continue until MONDAY, 7th APRIL at Villa La Favorita (Monticello di Fara, Sarego VI, via Favorita 6) is the perfect opportunity to launch a new initiative insisted upon by Angiolino Maule and his wine-producing colleagues:the NATURAL WINE NETWORK..
An actual NETWORK of contacts has been established; they will meet within a platform created on the vinnatur.org website to communicate with each other, exchange information and news on wines offered by member wine-growers, on points of sale where wine can be purchased or where to find a particular vintage that they have been pursuing for years.The network will become a hotline between the producer, the salesman, and the end consumer, who will be able to obtain in real time all the information necessary to fill a chalice up with the natural wines he loves.

VILLA FAVORITA – SATURDAY 5TH, SUNDAY 6TH AND MONDAY 7TH APRIL
Three whole days of TASTING AND SALES of wine made by 140 natural wine-growers from 8 countries:Italy, France, Spain, Slovenia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Austria.
More than 600 wines:various types, numerous different varieties, many of them autochthonous.
Opening hours:Saturday, 5th and Sunday, 6th April, from 10 am to 6 pm and Monday, 7th April from 11 am to 6 pm
The tasting room:a tasting room reserved for sector operators like buyers, distributors, and press (access to the room can be requested upon check-in at Villa Favorita reception desk).
EsmachLab:the bread-making workshop organised by Esmach (www.esmach.com), a partner of the event, will bake fresh bread made with natural yeast to accompany the wine tasting and snacks all day long.
The gourmet pavilion:an ample outdoor space dedicated to gourmet exhibitors, the selected tradesmen will propose ingredients such as cheese, cold meats, oil, chocolate… products of healthy agriculture.
The VF restaurant:as per tradition, lunches and snacks will be prepared only with selected organic and nutritionally balanced ingredients.Chef Stefano De Lorenzi will do the cooking together with the team from his Ristorante Zenzero in Grumolo delle Abbadesse (VI) (www.ristorantezenzero.com).

NATURAL RESISTANCE PREVIEW:Monday, 7th April at 4 pm, there will be a preview of an excerpt from Jonathan Nossiter’s latest film, presented with success at the most recent Berlin Film Festival.This showing will be attended by the director and Giovanna Tiezzi, one of the wine makers featured in the film and VinNatur member.
PREVIEW “LeRouge&leBlanc”:Samuel Cogliati and Possibilia will present a preview of a “special edition” of the famous French independent magazine – www.possibiliaeditore.eu
