Lucia Gaspari, from Verona, creator of LUCE ERRANTE, artisan chef and active observer of nature. Lucia cooks with the aim of celebrating and enhancing the territory, local ingredients, small producers. In her continuous exploratory practice, she often finds herself cooking in an itinerant way with her nomadic project Luce Errante.
Marco Bravetti, researcher cook of TOCIA! Cuisine and community, an interdisciplinary collective platform that investigates the time and place of the lagoon landscape through convivial practices.
During the two days of VinNatur Lucia and Marco will join together offering us a small but careful selection of tastings inspired by the territory.
