General Information

With 300 member winemakers from 12 countries, VinNatur is one of the leading natural wine associations.

Founded in 2006 by Angiolino Maule in the Veneto, it is the only association to have a charter (since 2016), a control program (since 2019) and to analyze the wines of its members to detect pesticide residues and SO2 levels (since its foundation!)

Meet the 90 Growers

For us, it’s essential to create moments where winemakers can interact with the public, buyers, and with each other. Growth is born from discussion.

Scroll down and you’ll find the list of the 90 exhibiting winemakers at this first edition in Paris.

Don’t miss the masterclasses during the event either. You’ll find all the details below.

Where, when and how?

You’ll find us at 116 rue de Turenne, 75003.

Sunday 23 November, from midday until 7pm – OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND THE TRADE.
Monday 24  November, from 10am until 5pm – WINE PROFESSIONALS ONLY.

You can purchase tickets on Eventbrite or directly at the venue. Those who purchase early-bird tickets online can select a free VinNatur Tasting Kit.
Please note that all profits from VinNatur events are donated to fund research projects that benefit winemakers.

Masterclass Programme

There's always something to learn

The VinNatur Association was founded to share knowledge and information, between winemakers but also with a wider audience. As such, these moments of learning are really important to us as they help you understand these winemakers, what drives them, why these natural wine taste so different to what you normally find on the market.

Our masterclasses offer rare, face-to-face learning opportunities with seasoned natural wine experts. Gain insight into the nuances of natural winemaking, from sustainable farming to fermentation techniques, and learn to recognize and appreciate the unique characteristics of these wines. You’ll leave with knowledge that will deepen your appreciation for wine, elevating your future tasting experiences.

We have organised five seminars, each with a limited capacity of just 18 people.

We advise you, therefore, to reserve your place in advance through Eventbrite, together with the entry ticket.

Here are the speakers at VinNatur Paris 2025

Sunday at 1pm

Learn to recognize wine faults with internationally-renowned expert Dr Jamie Goode and expand your knowledge of natural wines. A unique tasting of wines specially modified for VinNatur (by Food Micro Team) that allow you to recognize the main organoleptic alterations commonly found in wine. Whether you’re an experienced connoisseur or just starting your wine journey, you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

DISCUSSION: "Plus ça change...?" moderated by Christina Rasmussen

“Plus ça change…?” a discussion between winemakers on the theme of change: climate change and its consequences in the vineyard; evolution in winemaking styles and techniques ; recent economic and cultural change around wine, etc. Three winemakers will participate in the discussion and each present two wines (one from an old vintage and another from a more recent year) to show these changes.

Moderator : Christina Rasmussen, co-founder of the site Littlewine.co

Sunday at 5pm

PASSE LE MICRO! We pass the mic to Marino Colleoni (and his friends...)

-> P.S. Sachez que des invités surprises seront présents!

PASSE LE MICRO! We pass the mic to the sommelière, Cécile Macé

After working in some very fine establishments, first in the provinces and then in Paris (Vivant, Passerini, Cave RAP, etc.), Cécile moved to Rome, but still maintaining a connection with the French capital through her consulting, distribution, and events company: Coule de Source, amusements viniques.
Informal and pragmatic, her discovery of the Italian vineyard, which began in Paris, continues to deepen. She will share with you her vision of the most striking aspects of today’s Italian winemaking identity. Come ask her questions!

More About VinNatur

Who or what is VinNatur and why should I attend?

VinNatur is a formative association for emerging young winemakers and for those who may have experience on their shoulders but who know that you never actually stop learning.

Attending a VinNatur fair means sharing the same passion for learning and discovering new things.

Prepare yourself for the Italian accent; the journey through the wine fair is a journey through the vineyards of Italy. Here, in the center of Paris, you can taste nebbiolo, both from Barolo or Boca… and explore the volcanic soils of Mount Etna or of Gambellara…

You’ll also find macerated wines from Slovenia, reds from Priorat, not to mention the avant-garde wines from our colleagues in Germany and Austria.

If you prefer Prosecco or Brunello di Montalcino, you’re sure to find something you like at the VinNatur fair.

Each of the VinNatur winemakers have a different story to tell, but there is one common theme – the desire to put the terroir of their homeland into a wine bottle, while making as little impact as possible on the environment and making a wine that is authentic and alive.

VinNatur was founded in 2006 but many of our members have been making wine in this way since before then. A long time before terms such as “regenerative agriculture” or “natural wine” became trendy buzz words. Many wineries these days use the absence of definite certification to claim they work in a natural way – what does that actually mean?! – but VinNatur is the only association which has a production charter (since 2016), a check-plan for inspectors to go and control adherence to the charter (since 2019) and analyses the wines of its members to check the SO2 levels and to look for pesticide residue in order to guarantee the consumer that the wines they are drinking really are natural.

VinNatur is also a not-for-profit. We invest profits from our events into research projects led by scientists which in turn help our winemaking members improve their knowledge and their production. When you buy a ticket to a VinNatur event, you are directly helping to finance the association’s activities.

Come to our event and you will have the opportunity to taste over 400 different wines made by growers in Italy, France, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Argentina and Spain.

Walk around, sip, spit, discuss, learn.
