Biodynamic viticulture. Late harvest with very low yields, wild yeast fermented in large old barrels. Full malolactic, bottling without filtration or fining. Minimal sulphur is added on only one cuvee.
Certified organic and biodynamic by Bureau Veritas for Organic, Member of Renaissance des Appellations for Biodynamic.
