Hand in hand with nature and according to the rules of biodynamics, we produce autochthonous varieties of Teran and Vitovska grganja. In addition to the autochthonous varieties, we also grow Pinot Noir, Sauvignon, Malvasia and Chardonnay,sweet wines made from dried grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation. Maceration in open vats for a duration that is dictated by the vintage and variety. The wines ages in oak barrels of various sizes for at least 2 years.
