Biological decades. We are among the first certified organic in Italy. We guard about 100 hectares of which only 5 are vineyards. Others are ancient grains including Iervicella, Farro, field beans and Kohrasan. The grain is used to make pasta dried at low temperatures and sourdough bread, to feed our pigs (gray breed) and our cows (breed Romagna) and green manure for vineyards. A bit \'of about 2 hectares of forest and olive trees. An agriturism with restaurant to serve our products.
