VINICA was born in 2008 with the ambitious project of bringing back to life uncultivated abandoned land suitable. The farm spreads over an area of 544 acres of forests, vineyards, olive groves, heirloom fruits and vegetables, all in organic agriculture. We use only natural products both in the vineyards and the cellar and adopt natural and conservative farming methods. The grapes are hand picked and fermentation starts spontaneously with the indigenous yeast. We not clarify and not filter wines.
