Our vineyards are situated in the foothills of the Enza river. The land is typically alluvial, rich in limescale and clay, and the fact that the river and the hills are so close by creates an extremely favourable microclimate. Our vineyard management is entirely natural and bio-dynamic. We regulate the temperatures in our cellars, and avoid any invasive or forced filtration or other such operations. Our wines are purified via natural settling processes, the fermentation is entirely spontaneous.
