The farm was taken over by my grandfather Giovanni in the year 1953, I am the third generation and have been making natural wines for twenty years. We have studied spontaneous fermentations for a long time, and now we know how to make, solely with our grapes, organic wines that tell the story of our land and maintain their integrity and elegance for many years. Vertical tastings of natural wines over 15 years old are available at the fair.
