Growing organically grown exclusively with copper, sulphur and bentonite, manual harvesting and night harvesting, total repudiation of the chemical in the cellar, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, not using any chemicals and no sulphur dioxide addition, no filtration or stabilization, it give an idea of what is our business philosophy.
