Pachino, Contrada Buonivini in the extreme South East of Sicily. I make wine in a natural way by bush vines without any chemical addition in the vineyard like in the winery. All works are made exclusively by myself and by hand. I also make, Almonds, Pasta and Flour from old durum wheat and Chickpeas.
