Located in the Alto Monferrato Ovadese, 7 ha of vineyards from 20 to 70 years old, about 250 masl, cultivated on calcareous clay soils following the biodynamic principles.
Dolcetto, Barbera, Nibio, Cortese, Chardonnay, Albarossa, without filtration, fining, stabilization or SO2 addition. Spontaneous fermentation in steel or amphora, some ageing in Tonneaux
