Shredding of prunings. On the vines, only manual labor. Minimal amounts of copper and sulfur, in synergy with vegetable matter and / or minerals. The grapes, both white and black, are macerated and fermented without control temperature.No coadjuvant wine, except small amounts of added sulfites.
